The Forms icon can be found on the left sidebar of the website or if using the Mobile App tap the “More” icon at the bottom and then tap “Forms.”  Under Optional Forms, open the “Contact Info Change Form,” update your phone number(s) and click “Submit.” NOTE: If you have multiple children is important that you only fill out ONE “Contact Info Change Form” per family to avoid creating duplicate contacts and other data errors.
